Senior World Championships preview/thread

This feels like it should have happened 7-8 years ago but I can finally say it, SPENCER LEE is a WORLD CHAMPION!!! LFG!!!
Asking for a friend does RBY speak Spanish? Go Spencer!
Spencer finished faster than Willie in the bedroom.
That was exactly what was happening their last match when RBY got hurt. He was never getting out of the leg laces unless they were on the edge. It was just a matter how long before Spencer got a takedown to get it started. And you can't wrestle with an arm behind your back here
Brought me to tears
, way ro go Spencer!!
inject this right into my veins!!!!
That reaction from him tells it all
Also **** Stevan Micic - that sound everyone heard was him punching a wall

Congrats Spencer! Senior World Champion forever! Woot!
"THAT WAS FOR AUSTIN, PUTO!" - Spencer Lee, probably ...
Maybe RBY should try wrestling with an ancle behind his back
Willie tweeted Spencer did this with a torn acl. Absolutely incredible if it's true.
He's been doing previews and in his world RBY had really closed the gap. I think he had they past two matches backyards. first one last year was 6-3 or something close, but Spencer was going to tech him before the injury earlier this year.
Good for Spencer. After a long, painful quest, it’s ironic that puts it all to rest in 20 seconds.
But maybe not ironic since that’s what a weaponized Spencer Lee can do - destroy you in an eye blink

Congrats to Spencer. When I think of him, I think of guy with terrible luck and incredible mental toughness. None opus will probably have any idea what he went thru to get this Gold.
Also, kind of cool to have 2 guys from USA wrestling for a world title.

How could have a torn ACL if you don’t have any ACLS left?
But I thought the Okie poster said he was tripping over himself and his knees weren't holding up.
If I’m Spencer I’m getting it fixed by the end of next week and try to be ready for Final X, especially if they can delay it.
Pyles is saying it as well after Willie's initial report. Couldn't tell if Willie's was joking, but geez. Apparently he tore it 3 months ago.
Well, that sucks. What an absolute freak though - given its the right knee and the one he’s wrestled with torn before, I’m assuming he won’t get surgery (or just call it a career)
Outf**king Standing!!! Way to go Spencer Lee!! LOVE IT!!!
Made the pool choice of being my friend, thus making yourself a target.
