Epenesa?
Not trying to be a smart ***. I think that’s whom you mean.
And yes, Iose started and played yesterday.
Aside from a few (quite few) transfers Iowa doesn't recruit players to come in and play right away. That is what developmental programs do. Some teams claim to be that and are liars.
At DE young Eppy is playing and will come along. From what I've seen Drew Campbell is looking good too when he is on the field.

I absolutely saw him on the field yesterday
Don't forget Brown and Anderson. DE's could be huge strength in future
The radio guys mentioned him and said he was at DTackle on a couple of obvious passing downs as he is 270 lbs and maybe faster, he doesnt have any tackle stats in this game, but maybe he didnt play a lot of downs
Joseph A will be an impact player as his career moves along.
Or, as Hayden called him: “Reiterate.”
Hawthorne rarely comes off the field
Other than him, we rotate quite a few guys up front
Dont really have any all big ten type guys up front currently other than hawthorne but overall, we have played pretty well

Repeat.
Colton Joseph was running for his life all day. It was awesome
Btw, kinnick was loud as I can remember every time Wisconsin got the ball. Fans showed up yesterday.
Wisconsin seems to have an ongoing 'problem' at their QB position, which is fine by me...
Kamari Brown is doing a darn good job out there. Same goes for younger Campbell (#13?).
Iose Epenesa has a lot of work to do to get anywhere near the production AJ provided off the edge.
Absolutely LOVE his upside he’s a beast! And Merriwheather played a good game too
The D line that was such a questionable unit before the season isn’t really questionable any more. They look solid.
Finally you said something intelligent…
If you're going off the post game box score, he's listed as a starter. The rest of the participation report is everyone who else played in the game other than the 22 starters on offense and D.
No he called him "Repeat"
I remember when people were all worried about his brother, AJ. That seemed to work out fine for everyone involved.
This. He didn't really blossom until his junior season..
That’s good.
I was being facetious with “Reiterate.” Hopefully, you caught that.
