Tennessee Titans took Cam Ward with the first pick of the 2025 draft, you think they will want to move on from him? Now maybe they trade the pick but I think it is too soon to throw him in the trash..

This is year two for Cam Ward. He’s been awful. A lot depends on how he plays down the stretch.

It’s tough with these young QBs who were drafted high. Ward and Young have been more bad than good.

There also isn’t a sure fire QB in college this year. At least not so far. The kid from Ok St looks exactly like Cam Ward on paper. Not a good thing.

Prospect pool will determine a lot too. If Hurts is healthy, then he could look really good throwing to Jeremiah Smith.

Such a mistake getting rid of Stoutland... I am really doubting a lot of Sirianni's coaching hire/fire decisions. If Shane Steichen is available after being canned they should hire him if they can convince him to be the OC again. Sirianni also needs to stop meddling in the offensive play calling let the OC do what he was hired for...

The problem with Steichen is the offense is the same. It requires primo talent and a big advantage across the board to work.

The Eagles aren’t close to that right now. They canned a legend offensive line coach and are paying the price now. It was always about the OL. Always.

Howie has lots of picks coming up. Going to be interesting. I don't think they would bring him back and not sure he wants to be an OC again. Bring back Kellen Moore and Stout and I am back on board 😎 Actually would like Doylestown and Central Bucks West own and my hometown born and raised Grant Udinski from the Jags but may be a tick young or Kubiak from the 49ers as the next Eagles HC.

All those picks underline the big picture coaching decision. Do they trust Nick and Co to make good on the picks? Or would they feel better with a fresh perspective?

The offense under Nick has been pretty average outside of 2022 when AJ first arrived and they took the league by storm.

When they hired Mannion they took run game coordinator away from him so he walked away
who took the run game coordinator away? Nick? Mannion? Howie? Howie allowed it? run game coordinator normally is the guy who draws up the blocking schemes.

Nick took it away.
i dont think it is quite that simple-Nick doesnt have the weight to do that.....

Was This Sirianni's Call — Or the Front Office?

The easy narrative is to blame Nick Sirianni. He's the head coach, he hired the OC, and the buck stops with him. But as discussed on Birds 365, there's a real question about whether the front office — specifically Howie Roseman and the decision-makers above Sirianni — drove this outcome. The OC search had a mandate: modernize the offense. The candidates who made the final cut all came from the wide zone family. That wasn't Sirianni freelancing — that was organizational direction.

If the front office mandated a scheme shift knowing it would conflict with Stoutland's philosophy, then Stoutland's departure wasn't an unintended consequence. It was an acceptable cost. And that calculus — that the most accomplished position coach on the staff was an acceptable casualty of a schematic pivot — tells you everything about how the organization views coaching continuity versus offensive innovation.

First don't believe eagles 365 ... It was mostly Sirianni and somewhat Patullo. Howie gave Sirianni enough rope to hang himself and we are watching the noose tighten around Sirianni
