With the huge advantage in height and talent we should not be getting less shots off than Towson. Currently 32-27

Certainly didn’t look like a top-10 team in that first half. Yikes.

Poor shooting is one thing. But they have got to do something about the turnovers. And stop leaving shooters open by inexplicably going to double-team someone else.

9 turnovers will cause that and 6 of them came from McKenna, Ava, and Dani who also only have a total of 5 buckets and 12 points. That's pretty unbelievable.

The double teams hurt Iowa last year. Not sure why Jan prefers that on her defensive scheme. I think they have enough good defensive players this year that they could back off and guard the perimeter more.
