Is black/garnet/garnet the absolute WORST uniform combination our Cocks have ever worn?

Garnet helmets 90% of time
Black helmets 10% of time

IMO - best ever:
1-Garnet, Black, White
2-and the little mentioned/agreed with typically: Garnet, white, black. Just saw one magical game in an opposing team's stadium one time on a dreary overcast day and that look will continue to be iconic to me.
3-Black, Black, Black for a team who actually has black as one of it's dominant colors....looks great. Us and Colorado can get away with it. The tennessees and UNCs of the world just look stupid doing it.

Fun fact: this is the ONLY uniform combination worn against that school upstate that is UNDEFEATED! 1984, 1986, 1992, 1996

I, too, love this uniform. Brings back fond memories of 1987, in particular, where it was the only combination we wore on the road. Pretty sure we haven't worn it in the Beamer era. Last time I recall seeing it was the Florida debacle in '18, where we blew a 17-point 4th qtr. lead.
