Ugh! you can probably guess who they are... one game they look like they have NBA potential and the next two they don't score over 3 points!!!

Inconsistency is part of the problem that I see. I agree with you here. Another issue is that of size and a lack thereof. Another issue that I see is indecision on offense. I've seen my entire share of pump-fakes, shot-fakes where the defender is 3 feet from the ball handler, failing to take an open look, and finally, lack off good off-ball movement. Players without the ball must recognize when the ball handler has given up his dribble, and move to a spot quickly to where they can receive the pass. Roster upgrades to address needs such as a big and another guard are the immediate concern this summer. Ben has to use what he has for now, but will sculpt the roster accordingly.
He makes a lot of boneheaded passes.
He does at times, I agree. But at the same time, I've seen him make good passes from time to time. Is it laziness, poor decisions, or a lack of skill? I have no idea. Hopefully his passing does get better, and especially his shot and consistency in that shooting.
And he trys to get fancy and it usually doesn't end well
Good kid, but probably better as a really good mid major player.
Well, I overtly get mad at AF more than Coop, Howard or Manny.
He played for Spain in Eurobasket. You'd think he'd be a step up from where he is now.
I rarely find myself getting mad at Cam or Sage (I know he wasn't mentioned). I want both to play more minutes.
