I think Bama was around 15/2 odds when the bet was placed at the beginning of the season. So, yeah I did get it at a little bit better odds.
I would never bet against Alabama football as long as Saban is there.

I don't even mean from the team standpoint.. I just mean I would never bet my friend on something where I could only make $50 but could lose $500.. anything over 5:1 odds is a no go. Good for you for pulling it off hahaha. I try all the time.
If Kiffin were still in charge of Bama's offense, I would say 50/50 odds. Clemson's chances left with Kiffin's departure.
I got Bama -6 so I hope they win by 7. Don't know if the line moved today or not.

So the game ended at 12:22? That's ridiculous. I try not to be that guy, but there's no way I would let my kid stay up that late unless our team was in the championship (ha). Start at 7 if there are no western teams involved.
Exactly, why should a football game take over 4 hours to play? Awful. Also a great football game. Thought Bama got hosed a few calls, but they also got away with a few as well. Clemson played well enough to win.
I fell asleep at beginning of fourth quarter after Clemson made it 24-21. Would have loved to have stayed up later and watched up, but I have this thing called a family and job which apparently eliminates me from being able to enjoy sports games anymore.
