2017 Recruits ?

Anybody have any insights or info regarding Nojel Eastern & Jordan Goodwin? Would
either of these guys qualify as this recruiting class' ('17 grad guys) "must get"? Cats seem
to be battling top folks for both (as they should) and hopeful one would make a "pied piper"
type commit. Would Luke Garza offer indicate Tomas Murphy no longer on table or do they
have different skill set?

I think the staff is just diversifying their options. It looks like they want to take a "lead guard" and a big or forward in this class. Just offering and pursuing 3-4 guys is generally not good practice so getting more offers out (Garza) is a way to make sure they fill the class with quality guys, even if they aren't top targets. Not much has developed in the way of Eastern and Goodwin. MSU is still believed to be the favorite for Eastern. Goodwin has unofficially visited NU and is considering, however he is starting to attract the attention of big name programs.
