Welp. Before the season started, I said 20 wins was my evaluation mark. Anything under would be a fall short and over would be exceeded expectations. 21 wins!

Pope did a crazy good job his first year playing in one of the toughest conferences ever. To recruit and assemble a competitive team deserves NCOTY IMHO.

I believe many on here had the same thoughts.

I’m proud of this team! With the injuries we’ve dealt with it’s been a fun season! We’ve lost 3-4 we would have won if healthy!

I like us against any 14 or 6 in the NCAA..S16 at least

Given how bad our injuries were and how crazy the SEC was, it’s amazing what Pope was able to accomplish. If this season is any indication we’re going to have a lot of fun in the future.

And we don’t even need to focus on the future. We can play for real hardware right now. I’m pumped up, let’s go!!
