People sure are high on Lakewood based on other posters comments. Highly doubt they have anything for tarboro

I try to be honest in my assessments of the Vikings. I always believe our coaches will have us in a position to compete but there are some years when we are not as talented as others. With that said, I think we are going to be really good this year. Playing up in conference is certainly going to help come playoff time as well. Not sure who else will be tough in the east but I’m sure there will be some teams ready for a shot to dethrone the Vikings.
With what Tarboro has coming back, I doubt if they'll be challenged by a 2a school until the state championship game.
Tarboro will be really good this year. I'm sure they'd beat Midway contrary to what a hater from James Kenan on here said last year

I will thrown in Warren County, North Duplin, and Lakewood.
I know Tarboro is the team to beat. I don't know any other teams from the East beside Edenton. Other programs that might make a run into the playoffs until they play Tarboro.
Edenton will be the biggest threat to Tarboro next four years in the East. Don't think they'll have anything for Tarboro this year though.
Who will be Tarboro toughest opponent on their regular season schedule for this season?
The schedule Tarboro has this year is the toughest overall in years. If I had to pick which opponent would be the toughest, I'd go Havelock. I know they graduated a LOT, but they don't rebuild they reload. I do think Kinston will be the toughest conference game IMO.
Given their track record and the talent they have returning, it’s hard to see a 2A school truly pushing them until the state championship game.
