3-star defensive back Decari Prater of Prescott, Arkansas, committed to Tulsa over a host of other scholarship offers. The 6-foot-3 and 175-pounder initially attended a Golden Hurricane junior day in March and then took an official visit to TU on the weekend of May 31.
