I was 9 years old and just really getting in to pro football in 85. That team is reason I am still a bears fan to this day. Loved McMahon, Sweetness, Singletary, Mango, Dent, Hampton, etc. Team had a crap load of characters.

Damn I was hoping to catch that. Forgot it was on. Hope they have it on On-Demand. 85 was the first NFL season I remember watching growing up and consequently I became a Bears fan.

Da BEARS!

It was a good show. My son and I watched it. I was hoping they'd show more of Walter and his "strut", but I understand that by 85 he was nearing the end of his career. Didn't see the end of the show. Did they discuss the coaches not giving Walter a chance to score a TD in the Super Bowl?

Yeah, Ditka admitted he screwed up by not getting Payton a TD.

I watched about half of it, and will watch the rest later. I though it was pretty awesome, but I loved that team growing up.

McMahon, on the other hand, is a complete tool.

They went into depth the whole defensive side was upset as was Walter. The offensive side seemed to think it was not as big a deal as it turned into for Walter.

It was probably my favorite 30 for 30 after finally getting to watch it tonight. The part were the defensive players were reading Buddy Ryan's letter to them was moving. It's great seeing how much respect and love they had for him even though he was a ball buster. I could have done without the concussion stuff at the end, but it seems like anytime they do anything about previous NFL players/teams they have to bring all that stuff up like we don't already know. Otherwise loved it, Go Bears!
