300 illegal street racers took over Louisville's roads this weekend and the police couldn't stop it

This is what happens when a woke metro government runs off over 220 police officers who haven't been replaced. The punks blocked off the roads/interstates to normal traffic while their friends race and do burnouts from downtown to Shelby County. They even blocked two ambulances downtown who had to call the police for help. What a joke.

Pretty sure OP also whined about House of the Dragon being woke weeks before the first episode aired. OP lets others decide for him in life and then comes to a sports message board to complain. Sad!
This isn't the sports part of the board dumb ***. You should get off mom's computer and head back to the basement before she takes your comic books away for being up past your bedtime.

So it's whining now when someone speaks out about our streets being shut down because these people want to live out a movie and put lives in danger? And what in the heck does that have to equate to House of the Dragon?

I guess you guys missed The Fast and The Furious movies. Those guys never get arrested!

Btw, it’s bad procedure and mediocre leadership. Woke has nothing to do with street racers not being arrested. That woke **** has become a crutch for many. If the op dropped a bowl of popcorn he’d blame the kernels for being weak and woke.

The lack of arrests is due to the fact that LMPD is short by over 220 officers and they can't find new recruits. The remaining cops have been pulled off the expressways for "higher priorities." This is a direct result of the woke government stabbing the cops in the back during the Taylor riots and the mass exodus of cops after. The same woke city government tries to tell people that downtown is safe while crime skyrockets.

That's why its a problem that persist... People like you assume people who call out "woke" are nutjobs. So the people that want to release felons with no bail, teach 6yo kids about sex and masturbation, allow 13yo kids to surgically change their gender and to allow racism to be legal depending on which way it goes... You have to really have your eyes closed to not see that the world has moved to insane length away from normal. Barack Obama could not win the Democrat nomination with his 2008 platform.

You never saw this type of crap in Louisville years ago. Now people can get away with anything pretty much. There are alot of markings of street racing in St Matthews I have noticed the past few days.
St Matthews Target arrested two females for loading up over $4000 in Legos and walking out. It was St Matts police though. LMPD wouldnt bother.

What stupid/bold criminals, the St. Matthew's police HQ is two blocks away from the Target.

They're pulled off the streets when it comes to stuff like this. However they are ready for action to pull over business people driving to/from their 9/5

I was driving one of those cars. Hit the guy in front of me with a red turtle shell and dropped a few banana peels behind me.

John McCain couldn’t win the GOP nomination with his 2008 platform either. Both sides have turned hard from the center and sprinted as far left/right as possible.

Everything is now polar extremes and you must pick a side and blindly cheer for your chosen team. One side wants to eliminate all existing norms, the other wants to go as far back in time as possible. Both are terrible.

The op linked an article complaining about a dragon show being woke (it wasn’t btw) a month before the show aired. That's why I brought it up in my initial post. I'm not happy that Louisville isn't what it once was but "WOKE" is now "DO SOMETHING" for the right. Just yelling that everything is woke is just as annoying as woke individuals trying to make us all feel guilty over nonsense.

And please stop with the "people like you" stuff like you know any of us personally and are trying to shame us into feeling bad (you’re doing what the woke left does - shaming and blaming). The right (just like the left) aren’t the heroes people think they are. The left isn’t really fighting for injustices and the right isn’t really fighting for speech and freedom like William Wallace.

If only they pulled over people on their phones. THE single worse problem on the roads today. I like how these morons think they are down with "hands free" technology. It's just a ram-x holder right in the middle of the dash or on the A Pillar. Paper thin attention spans and impatience. That crap is my biggest pet peeve and it's nor even close.

When I worked at that Hilton Garden Inn in shelbyville road we had people doing donuts and stuff in the mall parking lot. Paul Blart ran them off

I agree it's an issue and dangerous. Just nearly impossible to prosecute. The other part is given the horrific state of violence in Louisville, enforcing this is just unfortunately down the list of priorities imo

This kind of **** has been happening for years in Louisville. It’s not because of some new woke phenomenon. It’s cuz kids are out of control.

We use to go watch drag races on Distribution rd. off green belt back in 80’s. If cops came we took off. Couldn’t catch all of us. I was woke before woke was woke😁

Kids have always done stupid **** with cars.

One of my friends had a shitbox Toyota in high school and we’d go to the Wal Mart in the middle of the night and hit carts in it.
