we are similar styles, but I've watched UB play and I don't say this often but it is going to come down to Big 12 players vs. MAC players. I just don't think they will be able to keep up. I'm actually expecting UB to go up early, I'm looking forward to Gottlieb claiming he predicted this and knew it all along, but WVU will pull away and Gottlieb will give no credit which will be even sweeter.
I agree 100%, and I really hate being that arrogant as a fan, but seriously this will come down to a MAC team playing in it's first tournament ever that goes 8 deep playing a Big XII team that goes 11 deep. If we lose we will have no one to blame but ourselves.

There back court is good, but our back court really is just scary good. Devin Williams will contain Justin Moss.
There only hope is too keep it close and then get in a free throw shooting contest with us.
Damnit, I do not like being this confident, hopefully has Gottlieb and the talking heads playing all week in the locker room. Don't let him look at Vegas, because that will show you a smart man's choice.

I see UB had a bye to the semifinals of the MAC. Are there any other tourneys like that? I mean it seems that you should have to win at least 3 games in a tourney setting. Something cheap about winning one game and being in the championship.
Thx for the link Eagle...did not know these fella's were so good from the line...gonna have to play them hard but same time limit those free throw opportunities...interesting matchup, hopefully not a dangerous one....
I noticed a few other leagues started doing this. I kind of like it, it truly rewards the best teams in a low major league who still have to win the tournament to get in to the field. It cuts back on the crap teams with losing records who get hot for 3-4 days and steal a bid from a clearly better team.
