8 of the top 15

Just looked at the end of season Coaches poll.

We played and beat 8 of the top 15:

Wisconsin - 2 times
Notre Dame - 1 time
Gonzaga - 1 time
Michigan State - 2 times
Virginia - 1 time
Louisville - 1 time
UNC - 2 times
Utah - 1 time

We were 11-2 against top 15 teams. Losing only to Notre Dame twice.

Conversely Kentucky played 3 games against the final top 15

They were 2-1


That was one helluva schedule we played.

Remarkable accomplishment. This was the toughest schedule I remember for some time and it really got us ready for the tournament. Love this team.

Going off that look at the elite 8. We beat 6 of the elite 8 teams (I included Duke as well in that). And we beat 2 of those teams twice this year. That's pretty remarkable, I doubt any team can say that.
