A little game of would you rather

We are all a little antsy before the tourney and have devolved into analyzing kenpoms analytics and starting threads about 16seed playins.

I was thinking today how I felt about this season compared to others and I honestly could decide an answer to this question.

Would you rather have a season like this one where we are expected to dominate and win it all, esp after that UK win (teams that fit this for us are the 92, 99, and 11 (pre Kyrie injury) teams.

Or

A team where we were not expected to win it all but ended up playing extremely well. Ala 91, 10.

I know my nerves handle the years that are unexpected better but years like this one are a lot of fun.

Both of the ways are sweet. This year, if we win it all, will be kind of a mix of both. We lost one game with the 4 freshmen all in the lineup, but we had a couple glitches due to the injuries.
Now with everyone back, and all eyes on us to win it all, it would be so, so sweet to finish the year on a 9 game winning streak.

We now need to show who the best team is.

Of course to dominate is the goal.

But.. years like 2010 are a fun ride.
And years like 2017 and 18 hurt!

I think my favorite year was 92. We had just come off of winning the title and I was telling people we weren't finished. I was making bets with people at work that we would repeat before the season started. And to come out and look great all year and complete the repeat was incredible!!!
