There were a lot of people being very negative at halftime. I'm not talking about the losers who were attacking our coach and players, and declaring the death of UK basketball.
I'm talking about the folks who saw that first half and felt resigned to another loss - I know I was one. After the game I thought about it and it's not our fault. We have gotten so used to Cal and his lack of in-game adjustments that we expected the 2nd half to be an extension of the 1st. The last 15 years have conditioned us to expect zero coaching creativity, zero motivation of players, ZERO in-game adjustments.
man, how awesome it is to once again have a coach who COACHES. Thank you, CMP.

The problem with a lot of people is they don't live in reality. Even if UK LOST this game, the fan feeling of disappointment is natural, but the not seeing that you just played a final four caliber team and played with them is a problem.

No one will go undefeated. The reality that single games come and go, not understanding teams grow, etc....this board breeds mentally ill negativity

Dude is a WINNER!!!!

He is also a genius that just needs his kids to believe!!! What did he do to get our kids going, he ATTACKED THE RIM and went to a 1-3-1 Zone, something that gave our kids a shot to win and they DID!!!!

We missed a few too many against Clemson or we would have pulled that one out.

I LOVE that this bunch and the staff NEVER gives up OR in!!!

I honestly thought way back even when our roster was complete we would lose this game easily. Gonzaga was going to be too much team this good this early. Wow what a win...

Jaxson Robinson deserves as much credit as anyone! He looked more confident than I’ve ever seen him, somehow even more so when he was forced to PG.
Forced him to get involved in the offense. I really like Jaxson he’s so smooth and fluid, everything just seems easy.

Especially considering that one of our best players was out with injury. The team was still getting crucified by some of our "fans." I'm honestly not a fan of our message board fans.

People with PTSD tend to act out in anger before thinking. Children learn from their parents. Daddy Cal has scarred us all.
