I actually think that transfers are now as important than recruiting. If you look at the final 4...all the teams had transfers and many were impact players. With younger players exiting early, experience and maturity can be gained from importing those attributes to good effect. The NCAA had the right idea but didnt forsee the unexpected consequences of changing the rules.

I agree good point @denverexpat we should pursue more to get experience. We're all in on one and dones so what's the difference at this point?
