No official word on Grantham, but he and Petrino are visiting Georgia prospects together today. 2 commits, G.G. Robinson and Jonathan Greenard tweeted last night that Grantham spoke with them, and they liked what he had to say. Also, CB commit Sheldrick Redwine, who allegedly decommitted, has tweeted today that the report of his decommitment was false and he WILL be signing with UofL. Sounds like positive momentum going towards signing day to me.

Re: Grantham Update

According to multiple sources (one being NFL Network's Ian Rapoport), Grantham HAS been offered a 2 year deal for the DC job with the Raiders. Now we wait.

Re: Grantham Update

He can do better. He has 4 years left on his deal here. 1 million per? The NFL is the NFL, but Oakland is Oakland. I say he stays.

Adam Schefter is saying Grantham is coming back to Louisville. It is on the ESPN NFL Twitter page.

Hope he tells Bobby he is coming back..

FootballScoop.com, a site focused on coaching news at the college and pro levels, reported Wednesday that U of L head coach Bobby Petrino had already started the process of searching for his next defensive coordinator.

Yeah...he knows.

@ericcrawford: Petrino: "We're very pleased and happy that Todd is going to be staying at the University of Louisville. He's done a fabulous job."
