She is the #11 ranked player in this class. Surprised she doesn't have her own thread. Visiting this weekend for homecoming. Iowa is one of seven finalists.

She would be another critical piece for Iowa to make a final four run. I'm sure Jan and the team will roll out the black and gold carpet.

Our chances are trending in the right direction to the point I think we now have a reasonable chance (as do others). Combine the culture, proximity to home, and especially playing with two 5 stars and possibly a third 5 star & current AAU teammate, plus multiple other 4 stars has to be very attractive!

1. You have gained Wolizcko as a commitment. That should be viewed as a good thing. The question is whether they view themselves as the same position? Or does Iowa view them as the same position.

2. Lewis is tight with her, if she were to commit as well or say she is leaning that way, suddenly you have not only good quality players coming to Iowa also good friends.

3. They know Iowa has the best culture and the best fans.

4. Iowa City is still relatively close that her parents could still come travel and attend most home games if they want.

Hurdles,
1. She is very close to Crump. Will Crump be a deciding factor?
2. Will she decide to stay close to home at Kansas.
3. Its pretty clear we used a significant amount of NIL money for Wolizcko. How much is remaining. Can it support 2 or even 3 significant recruits?

Don’t know if she was kidding around or serious.. but according to coach Abby’s instagram story the pic of Bluder pointing in the crowd with an excited reaction she was pointing at Bjorn.

Bluder had been recruiting Bjorn for years.

Edit: Should add the actual words she said:

When you see that TOP YOUNG GUN in the crowd!

I'm thinking Kansas just received a $300,000,000 NIL donation so they can buy any recruit they need!!!!

Bjorn at Iowa would be an immediate starter with 25 MPG.

1- Chit Chat
2- Deal
3- Bjorn
4- Woliczko
5- Heiden

Bjorn at UConn, I don't know, but…

Allie Ziebell (#7 2025 class) 8 MPG - 2.8 PPG

Morgan Cheli (#11 2025 class) 13 MPG - 2.5 PPG

… should be a sign for Bjorn. (#13 2026 class).
