Big opportunity for this young man to step up to the plate and show everyone what he's got.
Go Adrian!!!

I always had high hopes for Middleton. Say what you want about Charlie Strong, but he knows talent and wanted him at UL while there.

Adrian is a good kid. Talented and good. Perhaps as efficient in the run game as we have but his biggest problem is he's good. Not mean but good. He needs to learn to be mean between the lines.

I would much rather hear about the kid needing to learn how to play mean than needing the talent to play the game. With some kids it doesn't matter how much coaching you give them, you know they have a certain limit on their potential. Teaching a kid how to not be so nice on the field shouldn't be too much trouble! This kid sounds like he has all the upside in the world and if that's the case, this is his year to show what he's got. I have a feeling this is the year we see something from Kentucky we haven't seen in years. We see guys on the footfall field that actually belong in the SEC and could play for more than just the bottom tier teams. If it looks like we have a SEC looking defense, we have arrived!

I root for all the cats but I find myself pulling even harder for the kids from KY.
