Slap me if i ever said hes not kentucky caliber, he was so fun to watch
Also they way he plays is how a bunch of young players need to play

I loved that team, it feels like a different coach is coaching this team. I wish we had JQ last year, maybe Lowe off the bench. That would have been a killer team.He was in his head so much at first. Once he found his footing, he was a problem. Love me some Jaxson Robinson. Last year’s team, regardless of what happens with Pope, will always be special to me. They were flawed, but they were fun.
Pope definitely struck gold with that group of kids.I loved that team, it feels like a different coach is coaching this team. I wish we had JQ last year, maybe Lowe off the bench. That would have been a killer team.
Agree. At least if I’m Pope I’m going down my way. Before this car crash, he’s never had a “Ferrari” before and maybe he needs to go back to driving the Tesla.Pope Needs to go back to building the roster like he did last year. Smaller rotation, guys that fit his system. Shooters, playmakers, a big that could pass. Two guys at every position. Defense was suspect, but I think injuries also played a role in that, and it wasn’t his fault both our PG’s were hurt. Butler was as gutsy as anyone playing through that. This year he went all in on defense to the detriment of the offense. That’s not his system. Thats not what he coaches to, so even that’s not as good as it should be. Unless there’s just irreparable damage to his reputation after this season, I hope he can find a way to recover from this and sell kids in bring here. He’s gonna get at least one more year unless he walks away on his own, but the message to recruits is definitely going to need to change.
