First need to define ‘ high resolution’. Being serious here. Next try like an iPhone 14 or newer believe you can set it to what u need

if not , do you have a DSLR that shoots in raw? Use that
Next what format do they want the pic in JPEG? Tiff?

If you have an Android phone, you set the resolution in the settings.
