Pretty sure Jeep was part of the brand and Chrysler bought it when AMC folded.I remember the Gremlin, not the Levi’s version. I also remember how bad the AMC/Gremlin sucked as a car company. They also made the Pacer!

A friend’s Dad had a dark green pacer that looked somewhat like that picture. We took to calling that car The Fishbowl, which irritated my friend’s parents a bit. Thanks for bringing back a funny memory!I remember the Gremlin, not the Levi’s version. I also remember how bad the AMC/Gremlin sucked as a car company. They also made the Pacer!

You could only drive them if you were wearing your Earth Shoes.Hilarious. As kids we made fun of Pacers.
denim seats…surprised you didn’t get a pet rock with each car
And mood rings .You could only drive them if you were wearing your Earth Shoes.
The company operated as Nash for a few decades before becoming AMC in 1954. They produced a number of interesting, if not attractive, cars under both names.Javelin, Hornet, Matador, Gremlin, Pacer, then later Eagle logo. Javelin/AMX with the 390 has some real value.
My dad had a Nash Rambler for a short time when I was a kid. Reminded me of this song .The company operated as Nash for a few decades before becoming AMC in 1954. They produced a number of interesting, if not attractive, cars under both names.
