The guy got permanently banned from WNBA games. It must be hard for him to sleep at night now.
Banning someone from WNBA games is going to move the attendance needle. The WNBA can't stand to lose too many fans.
He should have that engraved on his tombstone - Banned by the WNBA.
I don't think banning him is the punishment they think it is.
If the WNBA was smart, they'd lean into it. As they say, there's no such thing as bad publicity and this is the most non-Caitlyn Clark coverage they've had.

When the top headlines about your sport are about wigs coming off and dildos being thrown onto the court, it might be time to realize you aren't a serious sports league and shut things down.
Do they deserve nothing, or should they be paying the NBA?
I love how somberly and delicately the announcers handled the wig falling off.
And the player just immediately ran off the court to the locker room? In what world does a player just to get to sprint off the court, mid-game? But it was no biggie.
It would be bad enough if they were just asking for more money. What makes it so much worse is that they actually think they deserve more, that there is a moral obligation to pay them more.
I don't understand how someone can be permanently banned from the WNBA. Do you have to give name, ss#, fingerprints etc to get a ticket and go to games? What am I missing?
It could transition to WNBA Rasslin' without much effort.

I watched Roller Derby more in my youth than I have watched the WNBA. And I didn't watch it much at all.
