I think every state in our country, besides Texas, thought this was hilarious.
And not everywhere in Texas. The Longhorns aren't just hated in 49 states.
Not quite. I zoomed in on original pic to show the Whorns Down gesture. Right after they showed this a few of the guys around Downs saw what he was doing and laughed.
