Big props to Amari. Easily his most complete offensive and defensive game.
Heck of a game! Amari was fantastic tonight! He just keeps getting better and better.
We owned the last 15 minutes of the game for sure. We needed this.
Yes he has definitely improved over the course of the year. Credit to him and the coaches. Happy for him and hope he gets a shot at the next level.
He’s been playing really well for a while now. Hope he keeps it going.
Crazy is he was 5-5 from the FT line. Even better the team 100%, 13-13 from the line. Been an Achilles heal all season so really nice to see.
Dude has finally locked in and not taking plays off. Seems to be letting the boys know when they **** up too…becoming a leader with all the injuries. Love to see it!!! Keep it up big dawg !
Loved the fact that we switched and started taking it to the paint, that was the difference in the game.

There are some good Centers in CBB, but are any being asked to do as much as Williams? I don't know because I haven't watched everybody, but I would have to doubt it.
He's been the rock with all the injuries. Very steady.
Amari has totally turned it on when we needed him the most. I love that big man and he has a spot here forever. He has weaknesses but man he has some serious skills most big guys don’t have.
If he can do, let's say 70% that well against Bama, I will be a happy camper. Absolutely awesome game from him tonight.
No way, he is the MVP! IMO of any team. Butler is as well, but he has carried a load in league play.
He's really stepped up in the absence of Butler and Robinson.
I hope we bury them under it with 2-3 more top 10 wins going out this year! Let’s have 9 top 15 wins. What Pope has done with this roster and injuries is flat remarkable. His future is so bright if we give him all the resources he needs to get the right players.

Let’s not be too mean to em, lots of us have said dumb stuff. I do hate when people are overly negative, but a lot of those responses are during games where they did play pretty bad.

Dude is a matchup nightmare for opponents! If we can just get our guards healthy for the tournament! There’s not another player like Amari in the entire country.
An hour before the game Williams was out on the floor by himself shooting FTs. He has really worked so hard on FTs, because to begin the year I thought it was almost a minor miracle when he made one.
Loved that stat Pope shared in the postgame radio show. Amari Williams is the all-time leader in PRA (Points, Rebounds, Assists) per 40 minutes in the history of SEC Basketball right now. Other two Wildcats up there, Cousins and Oscar.
