Amazing how players like McBride look in a good offensive system

It's called spacing. It's where you don't clog the paint up like a toilet.

He looks like a completely different player.

Looks like same player to me. Still has yet to learn to play off ball screen but playing well in summer league games anyway. I recall you being one of first to ***** about his play here at WVU.

You can't recall Vault Hunter at all without him bitching. I honestly do not think he posts anything other than bitching and moaning comments meant to stir up ****.

Brilliant. So you space out and don't clog the middle. Man or zone this spacing moves the defense out which creates lanes. This is of course if the spacing involves at least 3 competent shooters. Otherwise you can space all you want and the defense can play off the non shooter on the perimeter. But boy o' boy when you have those 3 competent shooters and the defense has to respect them it then opens up driving lanes. Those lanes can be used to drive to the basket or the threat of such making ball screens/pick and roll plays options. Of course this is assuming you have more than one player that can drive the ball. Otherwise the opponent will put their best on ball defender on the only guy that can drive and take their chances that the other perimeter players will screw up a drive opportunity more often than not.

Seriously did you even account for the fact that the other 4 players around Miles now are more capable and versatile than the average NCAA player? How about the fact it's the much more offense friendly NBA? Or did you just grab on to the first thing you could frame in a way that fit your preconceived bitching about Huggins notions?

Huggs has rarely gotten kids this talented at WVU. He coaches complete ball players, which explains his success.
McBride benefited from his time there just like Jevon did.

When Huggs leaves and we take a step back as a program, I hope all the idiots that have been ragging on him here go choke on a dick.
