American Flight from SWO diverted to okc because of an odor

An American Airlines flight from Stillwater to Dallas was diverted Thursday to Oklahoma City due to an odor on the airplane, said Karen Carney, Will Rogers World Airport spokeswoman.

American Airlines flight #3569 from Stillwater was diverted to Oklahoma City about 7:40 a.m. with 47 passengers aboard.

The source of the odor has not been determined Thursday morning, Carney said.

Passengers boarded other flights Thursday morning to get to their destinations, Carney said. No injuries were reported.

I was on a flight a couple of weeks ago to Dallas and it was a humid rainy day. We got in early and the gate wasn't clear so we sat for like 30 minutes waiting to taxi to the gate. The air coming out of the vents was already misty, but the longer we set it started to look like a Def Leppard concert. You literally almost couldn't see the row in front of you. People were literally freaking the hell out. The flight attendant finally had to make an announcement as people were literally starting to consider the exit doors.
