The dad/husband. It's about the guy in Colorado that murdered his family two years ago.

I haven’t watched this yet but I fell down the rabbit hole awhile back of the phenomenon of the “family annihilator” and Jesus Christ. The dudes who kill their families and then go and start new families somewhere else I thought was just a thing from cheesy 80’s movies.

As a father of 3 daughters if a POS ever murders my daughter or grandkids he better pray to the good Lord above the police get to him first or I will be the one serving out jail time. My daughters future mother in law told her son when he started dating my daughter that he better make sure he treated her right because she knew for a fact I had a lot of guns and that I loved my daughters and was not afraid to use them....she wasn't wrong.

Killing your wife? Like Chris Rock once said “I’m not saying he should have done it...but I understand.”

But killing your children? That’s a whole other level of f’d up that I can’t even begin to comprehend.

I had seen the story but this doc had so much of the wife's texts and social media videos leading up to the event that it made it really surreal.

I watched it. It was pretty sad to see an otherwise "normal dude" methodically kill his wife and KIDS. Hope he gets a lot of anal sex in prison.

I saw a video of a father of a girl who had been murdered and the accused murderer was on trial. He said (speaking of the accused murderer), "Either he, or I, is going to go to prison for life for murder."

Just watched it.

I'm shocked that she didn't record her own murder.

I'm sure the other inmates will appreciate the effort he puts into working out.

Now I know the good Lord says judge not lest ye be judged, but I'm just gonna come right out and say it: this Chris Watt fella, this guy is a real jerk!!!

But in all seriousness, I've always liked this vid that really breaks down how awful a liar he is:

Again - he is a POS, but...

The moral here is say nothing. Avoid lie detector tests. Have an attorney.

He is a POS, but the cops worked him.

I had listened to the podcast The Chris Watts Tapes before watching this. The home videos from the Netflix show made it difficult to watch.

I am True Crime fan and I have watched plenty on this case. I'll watch it, but this stuff has been out there for a while.

He truly is a POS, he basically killed his family for a piece of tail. Scott Peterson 2.0. May they both rot in hell.

My advice for men who don’t want to keep having sex with the same woman the rest of their lives? Don’t get married. Has worked out great for me and I haven’t killed anyone.

Granted she did seem to be a bit of a domineering personality but his wife looked hotter than his mistress did.
Wife was very needy. And worked for some company named Thrive. I didn’t care for her at all. I do think when he told her he wanted out he just lost it. And then to put the girls through what he did good lord. Hell is too good for him.

My respect Level for the restraint shown by Jon Gosselin has gone up 8 notches.

Got around to seeing this. Super disturbing, just watching him operate like nothing was wrong, was very terrifying. And there really was no reason to kill ANYONE. Just walk away. Leave.

.. HOWEVER.. That ***** was psycho. She was a Beachbody Coach, so she might as well tattoo "crazy" on her forehead. You could tell that not only from her actions, but from her actual texts, she made his life hell. And he just lost it. I'd love to hear some of te awful things she probably said to him which in no way, would the filmmakers put in this documentary.

There's a lot of truth to Louis CK's line of "Boys eff things up, and girls are eff'd up"
