Why would some ancient civilizations build structures that could only be seen from the air?
And what about those giant statues on Easter Island?

You don't have to be an ancient alien theorist to know which way the wind is blowing

C'mon dude, they can only be seen from the air NOW. When they were first built everyone, not just the flying aliens, could see them.

It's called erosion -- or do you think the Egyptians carved a nose-less Sphinx on purpose?
Nazca lines can really only be seen from the air.

The show is not watchable. The theory, however, has some merit. But then again, I use to believe an invisible man in the sky watched everything I did, a virgin gave birth, and host of other worldly things. So you might not want to take my word for it. I'm gullible as hell apparently.

1. Everyone who attends church is a gullible moron.
2. Everything built before photography was obviously built by aliens.

I definitely wouldn't call "Ancient Aliens" a theory. A weak hypothesis would be more in line with what we know now.

IMHO it's not too far fetched that an extremely advanced race made a pit stop on earth many millennia ago. It's just that we were banging woodland creatures at the time and they quickly rolled on to the next galaxy.

Fun stuff to talk about...Alien, UFO and folklore encounters/stories of the past could be projections of the collective unconscious. Possibly something to do with guiding our evolution.

my favorite kook theory is the "phantom time theory" its provably bullshat, but wow, that one took some effort. indeed, it could use its own thread under any number of categories...from pointless hard work, to psychology of kooks, to why oh why. all that said, it is fascinating in its own discrete way.
