At U of L basketball's Louisville Live event Friday night, the former Cardinals star said she plans to expand her Atlanta-based business, McCoughtry's Ice Cream, and open up a Louisville store.
"Everybody knows I have an ice cream shop in Atlanta, but guess what – we're bringing one here to Louisville!" McCoughtry told a crowd of Cards fans at Fourth Street Live.
McCoughtry, who will be inducted into the U of L Athletics Hall of Fame on Oct. 25, didn't give any additional details about the ice cream shop Friday, except to say that her favorite flavor is cookies and cream.
