Good article. There’s an old saying that goes, we don’t truly appreciate something until it’s gone.

I think Zion applies. And I don’t mean we’re not appreciating him, because I think we are. We’re maybe not just grasping what we’re watching in the moment. Marvin Bagley had an historic season. Same with Jayson Tatum, Brandon Ingram, the ‘15 guys and Jabari Parker. But, this is something completely, completely different.

Couldn't agree more. I've never seen anything like him in college, and doubt I ever will again. For someone his size to move through traffic with the ball like he can is just mind boggling

This made me laugh:

"Duke is the no. 2 team in the country with a 17-2 record, so it’s hard to criticize Coach K for the way he’s using his players. Nevertheless, the numbers (via Synergy Sports) scream for Zion to be used differently."

Wonder how many games Jonathan Tjarks has coached?

Solid article. It's not very gracious to RJ and there's a little hyperbole, but still a good read.

I hate how there's a "Who Does Zion Remind You Of?" segment seemingly every week. That topic has been discussed way too much. He's unique. Time to move on from that, ESPN.

Have you heard he’s a generational talent? Seriously, people overuse that phrase.

We had Brand for 2 years. We had Jay William's for 3. I cant even imagine being able to watch Zion for 2 or more years.

I think there will be many articles with the theme --> "Do you think Zion is AMAZING?! No you CAN'T, because I haven't explained him to you yet!!"
lol

One of the best articles I've read was about how all comparisons to other players were off, and even inappropriate. (It was probably linked here.)

My eyes would break! I can only look at him via my solar eclipse viewing box as it is!
