Wimp Sanderson was a master at pessimism when asked about his chances of winning a basketball game, but Saban makes him look like Polyanna when he goes off on the press about winning football games. Of course he is right about the question. There is no guarantee that "young playesr" will get into any game no matter how weak the opponent looks on paper. Don't know about that thing with the tin horn, but with all the brass in the Alabama band, Saban probably knows what he is talking about.

Saw that today on ESPN. It really pissed me off. It pissed me off that some coaches have that fire no matter who the opponent and ours is methodical. It is so refreshing vs. hearing "we have identified the problem and we will fix it. We will get back to work". Something tells me that Lane Kiffen's butthole tightens up just a little bit more when he sees Saban coming his than Shannon Dawson's does when he sees Stoops.

Could you imagine Saban's face if we only had 10 players on the field and had to burn a timeout?

Hearing Saban on his rant, what a stark contrast to Stoops actually talking about getting some of the young guys in the week before the EKU game.

Of course, Stoops is a first time head coach and Saban is a seasoned veteran.

Hope Stoops watched Saban's press conference and took notes.
