The honorable thing to do is for Eddie to resign. Its enough already for the excuses. The Rice debacle, all the injuries. Year 3 of any regime should not look this way. Best recruited players suspended.
And the thing we hear from Eddie is how we fans don't understand how tough the B1G Conference is. Like the RU program has suddenly stepped up in class. What about the decades spent in the old Big East? That was arguably a tougher conference since it had more elite teams. The only team we could beat then was DePaul. This year we have Penn St, NW, Minnesota, Illinois.
I believe the handwriting is on the wall. Eddie's lashing out at the fans is the biggest clue that he knows it as well.
