His fingers are like octopus tentacles in search of powdered donuts.
Really? He hit some of the biggest shots in UK history on our 1998 title run and thats all you got?
Turn in your fan card bro.
What do you think Charlie?
“Turrible, just turrible.”

I had the jazz hands comment too so it wasn't all I had. But I agree, he's a legend. And in all seriousness, I do hope that's not a neurological thing.

I don't mean this to be mean in any way but what's up with his fingers? Is this something that he should be concerned about?

Noticed that as well. My dad and I are both hand talkers but not with the sort of involuntary looking movements of fingers. Hopefully it is just expressive and not something fine motor related. Cam is good at what he does imo.

I think it is, sadly. It seems to be sporadic or that he's trying to control it.

Everybody can be made fun of. It’s one of life’s greatest joys. Even me. Hell… even you. Wouldn’t even be hard. But it’s ok as long as there’s nobody with their panties wadded up.

You strike me as the kinda guy that keeps his panties in fine alignment though.

If he was self conscious about his spazz hands he wouldn’t put em on camera. Mills does a fine job.

Is it possible he has spent a lot of time doing sign language and the movements are habit? That was my first thought anyway.

If B/W is really where you earn your time we are absolutely starting Butler, Robinson, Chandler, Carr, Williams.
Solid lineup, I can’t wait to see Kriisa and how he looks at there as well. I believe your lineup will get most of the minutes though. Carr isn’t overly athletic but he is big and very skilled. He will be a matchup problem. As long as he can defend the athletic 4’s in the league we should be okay.

I am so thankful there will be no more Benny lineup friction. I trust Pope to always play the most effective squad.

Maybe sometimes that means we have a more effective guy on the bench RN so he can be more rested at crunch time. And maybe sometimes it means Coach wants to experiment with a little more vibing on the floor even if it adds up to a little less talent. But there will never be any ego bullcrap getting in the way anymore. And for once I expect my coach to start knowing who needs to be on the floor before I do, at least sometimes.

SO grateful for that.

I love how autocorrect made Kriisa into Karissa lol. I’m sure that we will play the best players.

I love it that the players are coaching each other and holding team meetings already, we have had seasons lately where the team never became comfortable playing without Cal telling them everything. Sounds like our older players seem to understand the magnitude of this situation at UK and with their leadership and experience can lead us to tournament success this season while also providing them every opportunity to succeed in the next level.

I love that I watch the video, have the thought about his hands, and scroll down to read im not alone. I'd associate with nerves if he hasn't been doing this for a while and speaks so casually. I've never noticed it before. Gave me some Macho Man Randy Savage vibes.

Lolol. So true. Would have never thought of that but when you said it I literally laughed out loud.

It’s nice having someone like Butler on the team. He had to prove himself to get a scholarship in that he wasn’t a super recruit out of high school. He played at a school that was always overlooked and got them to the highest level. You can just see the leadership qualities he possesses and how hard he plays. We haven’t had a guard with his poise and toughness in a long time that won’t be scared of the bright lights and pressure.

So he only said three things, we want to play somebody, coach trusts everybody, and they held a player only meeting. Took a while to say that. I kind of like the individual assessment kind of report.

The ability to pressure the opposing point guard is a huge plus, IMO.
