Wish Pope would have keep him, think he could have helped Pope land some studs that we are missing on
Those days are long gone . It’s a money thing now . Along with fit. And who are these studs we’ve been missing on ? We lost one major target and he had a relationship with Hubert Davis since before Pope was hired at UK .

Will Riley for 1 he would have looked good in Blue this season.
I’ll be honest. I don’t even remember us recruiting this guy . I see where he reclassified and committed to Illinois in June . I don’t know enough about the situation to comment on it .

He was a very last minute reclass. He was the Ament of last year as a super tall skinny small forward.

I believe we were top 2 or 3 and he visited shortly before committing if I remember correctly.

Thanks . I was laying in UK hospital for 18 days fightin for my life because the surgeon accidentally cut an intestine allowing me to go septic around that time . Had to open me back up , clean me out, and fix “the leak”. Guess that’s why I missed it.

Wow, that’s how my grandma died. I’d sue him. The doctor who did it was self medicating too. My mom did not sue for some unknown reason. I never got to know her.

Takes a lot to win a lawsuit against a dr though. You sign away a lot of that ability before the surgery. Gotta be neglect, or if he was compromised or something. Just because they make a mistake won’t get it . In your grandmas case you could have had something.

I’d try at least, make him pee in a cup.

My Dad went through a very similar thing. They messed up and he came out of surgery with sepsis, MRSA and developed pneumonia. They told us he had less than a 10% chance of living and we needed to be making arrangements. All that tough SOB did at 81 was fight it and told me he wasn't going anywhere. This was less than a year after a tractor ran him over and broke his hip, broke ribs that punctured a lung and cracked his sternum. He hasn't had a spleen since 94. He still gets up early to find something to work on. Unfortunately dementia is starting to take a toll.

Anyways brother I wanted to say sorry that happened to you and your damn lucky, as I'm sure you know. You lived for a reason. Glad you're still with us. Man that's terrifying.

Probably because your mom is a good person. I’m sure the surgeon was devastated and alll a lawsuit would’ve done was make everyone’s life miserable. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt to the surgeon and assume he’s a good person who dedicated his life to helping people and had no intention of harming your grandma. I’m sorry about your loss (and obviously I don’t know anything about the situation so sorry if I’m assuming incorrectly).
