Zion Griffin is an '18 6' 6" wing who I'm reading shot up in July and has received high major offers such as Iowa State

Considered a top 3-4 player in Illinois.

I've read Griffin's stock has been strongly improving this summer.

OTOH, in the last couple weeks, one of the Sun Times' high school guys said there's a deep drop in the state's talent after Ayo and THT.

Illinois is a down-cycle for talent. Finke is the only other 4-star rated prospect beside Ayo and THT, and next year doesn't look much better, at least right now. EJ Liddell from Belleville and Okoro, who NU has offered, are the only four-stars for 19 so far.
