I lived in the Philippines for 2 years.

You can stream anything you want to. Just have a domestic proxy to route through in case they block anything. You could also set up a sling device at a friend's house and log into it remotely. Many ways to go.

Best thing about Manila was that I had a live in nanny, a full time housekeeper/cook/grocery shopper and a driver that worked 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. Cost me less than $400 a month for all 3 of them.
