How about transfers?

Something tells me high level recruits that decommit from Oklahoma won't be running to sign with a 7-5 penn state squad, but I could be wrong.

Yeah, I’d consider transfers first especially on the OL. Our problem isn’t recruiting OL, it’s developing them once they’re here.
