....that Alex can make a cameo appearance in the Final Four if we make it that far? Remember Derek Anderson shot free throws when Clem Haskins got a technical foul in the Minnesota game in 1997. Alex's injury happened well before Derek's did.

Also, I have a question about that game. I think Minnesota had to vacate that season. Does that mean we lose that win in the official records? If so, and Kansas vacates the 72-40 game because of Alexander, are we officially shooting for 39-0?

No, it doesn't work that way. Minn and possibly KU have to vacate wins not the teams they played that beat them.

He will not need a medical redshirt. He still has a year of eligibility. No way he would come back two more years.
