Anybody been to wrestling practices yet?

I have some buddies that want to go up to watch a practice this coming week...preferably Tuesday (Nov 4)
We have a bit of a drive so I was hoping to get the current updated routine that the team follows for practice.
Do the practices still go from 3:00 to 5:00 with the first half hour being closed to the public?
Any info that you can give would be much appreciated.

Practices have always been open to the public

Last year, practices generally started at 1:30–I’m guessing public access followed at 2, but I could be wrong—I was gone by 1:30ish. I can speak for those times on Mondays and Tuesdays, and only last year. Maybe it was NLWC for the first hour? not totally sure how they divide that anymore.
