He is playing like he did last year at Pitt. Forcing jumpers especially 3’s.
He may as well sit out, we aren’t winning anything and it’s pathetic watching this team period. Just blow it up.The regression from Lowe (injury aside) is alarming. That said, letting an injured 29% three point shooter that hasn’t played barely at all this season to take the final shot is a coaching issue and more alarming. Pope is completely lost and this game tonight shows he’s not ready for UK. Everyone has regressed on this hire imo and it’s sad cause I think pope had the chance
I was on the side of giving him a 3rd year for sure, but the ending to this game was pitiful. The stagnant offense and almost every game going 5+ minutes without a FG is too much to overcome. Maybe he can salvage the season, very doubtful, I’d love a coach for all of us to eat crow. But I think the frustration and the display for a touted 22 million dollar team that cannot end a game with a W is beyond repair. He may as well sit out, we aren’t winning anything and it’s pathetic watching this team period. Just blow it up.
This is all on Lowe.Oweh was open for 3 on his left and he ignored him.
I don't think him shooting the 3 was plan. The regression from Lowe (injury aside) is alarming. I don't believe Pope drew up a play for Lowe to take that shot. The regression from Lowe (injury aside) is alarming.
