I've been watching this on Netflix, down to one episode left. Really solid series with some very good acting.

Love it. Dark & suspicious, some twists/mystery, and a unique setting/idea for a show. Pretty much all the ingredients for the kind of show I like.

We're 8 in, and it keeps getting better. It moves kinda slow, but it's one of those acting/dialogue type shows, so it doesn't really bother me.

Plus, Coach Taylor.

The entire thing is just perfectly cast, especially w/ regards to the siblings. Danny should be up for awards, he's outstanding -- and I *love* Kevin's character, he cracks my **** up. He reminds me very much of someone I know/knew, but I still can't figure out who. Maybe me? Dunno, but it bugs the **** out of me.

Seen at least a few articles/reviews that tout is as Netflix's best yet. House of Cards humpers won't agree, but that show didn't do much for me despite my love for Spacey, although I'm sure I'll give it another shot one day.

Netflix is doing an amazing job of casting for their shows. Every scene that Danny is in almost makes you cringe because of how uncomfortable he makes the situation. The dude that plays Kevin is a big time Broadway guy, my wife recognized him right away. Throw in Kyle Chandler, Sissy Spacek, Chloe Sevigny, Landry's dad, etc... everyone plays a great role, imo.

I liked that the story didnt play out anything like I had thought it would.

Series starts incredibly slow. First 5 episodes or so are just painful to slog through. But they really are necessary to set the scene. The rest of the series just gets better with every episode. Really really good.

- Danny is the best actor on the show

- This show brought back so many memories of growing up with 2 brothers. So many things like attitudes, just the way siblings fight at the drop of a hat, mother overly protective of her kid, etc...made it worth it alone.

- Downside is nowhere to go now so do they do True Detective with new cast/story, just new story or is this just it?

Good. Because I was about to give up after episode 3. Story seems good but a little slow getting to it so far.

Agree on the casting. Took a while to figure out who the sister was. Had to LOL when I realized it was Velma from Scooby Doo movies.

I very nearly gave up right around episode 3 or 4 too. The payoff is worth it. Really takes off about episode 6.

What I read is there will be a season 2 and it is still the Rayburn's.

Lol Kyle Chandler will always be known as Coach Taylor to me also, no matter what he's in.

Yeah. Season two is already filming, and they seem to have plans way past that if it works out. Wodie.

Having an idea of what you like and if you haven't already, I would go to Peaky Blinders after you finish Bloodline. And use subtitles if you do because they all have very thick accents that make it really tough to follow.

Watched it all the first 3 days it was out.

Linda Cardellini is still smoking. Love her.
