Family member has been diagnosed by Neurologist in Tulsa and being sent to OKC clinic for further testing and final diagnosis. Any advice?

I've known people who have, However, none of them have been willing to try including major changes to diet. I've read that paleo or a ketogenic diet can do wonders for MS.
