It took me 3-4 requests to finally get back on. I was ANON and a bunch of numbers for a couple of weeks
Can't get on House of Blue...my annual subscription that I've already paid for didn't transfer over...emailed customer support...still nothing back from them...can't get my username to change to my original one either
Problem is, if you fix the problem, you won't have all of those numbers by your name anymore. I literally know you as 1751561414 now.
These issues should have been predicted and addressed before the switchover, obviously that didn’t happen. Not having been corrected by now is ridiculous.
I emailed support like 30 mins ago.. Brent guy just emailed me back saying still in the import phase and they expect it to be complete in the coming weeks..
I've been dealing with them for about 10 days now. Keep hearing the same thing.
Given the complexity of computer upgrades, switches in software, etc. the transition here that involved one company purchasing another has actually gone better than I predicted. I’ve certainly experienced worse outcomes with seemingly less complex operations

Probably not the best place to ask this but……..
I never provided an email for my Rafters account. Reason was I had gotten locked out of too many sites (also MS Windows) in the past when my school or provider suddenly yanked an email account out from under me without warning.
So at the old site I had only a username and password. And I figured that was actually better for the longevity of my account.
Therefore my new account here is just a recreation of the same username from scratch. It’s not in any way electronically tied to my old account, because there was no email address involved and this new site would not let me even attempt to use a previously existing account without providing an email address.
Is that going to prevent my message count from ever catching up with me here? Or will somebody eventually come around to doing that manually? Is there a place I should request that manual sync?

They really screwed the pooch with all of this.
I think filing a ticket is your best bet, even though all we are hearing is they'll have it fixed "in the coming weeks".
IVE SENT MSGS 2 TIMES NOW TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS....AND STILL NO LUCK. STILL SHOWING THAT ANON AND A BUNCH OF NUMBERS. THIS IS BS
Thanks for the advice, bro. I’ll figure out how to file one. Getting it fixed in weeks is certainly better than not at all, even if it actually turns out to be *weeks instead of just weeks.

I've tried to get them to go back to my original too, unfortunately they destroy banned accounts after 15 years.
I think they finally got my original user name back on here but I have lost all data from more than 20 years of posting. I'm still asking them about getting it added back in as I see other former posters from RR with all their data intact. Weird.
I'm back here with you all but I have zero data from the previous board. No post numbers, reaction numbers, trophy points (whatever those were), no avatar (guess I'll have to try to see if I can edit that). But, I do have my original user name, that's it. But, hey, I'm back on here to see if I like this new board or not and see how many former posters I recognize. Good to see you Fox2Monk, you got back more than I did, I see, lol.
EXACTLY my issue. Been a member since 2008. No email linked and only user name. I just assumed that I had to start all over again. Happened to me once before in 2018 when I moved and lost my login ID. They saved my original member date, but started me back with ONE POST. Now I have started all over again, but look like a newbie
Id keep at them. I imagine theres still a lot of fall put from this merger. They could be working on other sites, other issues, etc.

Yeah, my reaction score is way off. I know yours was huge. I’m kinda meh over it all. The name was important to me as it’s the only one I ever had. Still, would be nice if it properly replicated.
Thanks, hope they can transfer data for me. I noticed you have part of yours on here so they should be able to at least do that for all. How are you liking the new board so far, I haven't been on enough yet to determine.
If it ain’t broke don’t fix it and they went and “fixed” it. Should have left the rivals sites completely alone.
