I bought my NCAA tickets for the games in Louisville back in October through Ticketmaster and I just wanted to see if anyone has received their tickets in the mail yet. The confirmation email said tickets would be sent in mid-February and in the past I've always had my tournament tickets by now. I assume they're probably just running a little behind this year for some reason (maybe waiting until it sells out), but I just thought I'd check to see if anyone on here has received theirs.

I've been expecting them any day, but so far nothing.
My receipt states that if you haven't received within 2 days of the event, to contact TicketMaster.
That's cutting it way to close for me.
I emailed TicketMaster yesterday to inquire about shipment. I haven't received a reply yet.

I haven't either and did reach out to Ticketmaster already...here was their response:
We looked over the delivery details for the 2015 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship. Normally we'd be the ones to talk to, but for this event the venue has decided to handle all ticket delivery. They did not provide a shipping date to us. It just states that your tickets will be received in time for the event. We are sorry about the extended delay, but as soon as your order gets printed, you will get a notification email.
We do have a back up in place, in case you do not get them. If you don't happen to receive your tickets at least 48 hours before the event, please tell us and we'll set up replacement tickets at the box office for you.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope you have a good day. If you need anything else, just reply to this email and we will be happy to assist you. Got a minute? Tell us how we're doing.

We are still working to verify all ticket orders for this event to ensure that no ticket limit issues exist. We expect to have all 2015 NCAA Div. I Men's Basketball Championship - 2nd and 3rd Round tickets released for printing until announced.

This delay is set for the entire 2015 NCAA Div. I Men's Basketball Championship - 2nd and 3rd Round on March 19, 2015. No tickets will be available to print for shipment prior, no exceptions.

Haven't received my tickets for the games in Louisville yet - but I did receive the ones for Cleveland. Sounds like it will be another week or two before we get the ones for Louisville? Hope it's sooner than that, but nothing we can really do about it except to wait...
