Got asked to help a family member (my wife's family) in Mongolia secure some 15 tons of beef short ribs. It's for consumption by Korean expats in Mongolia and they prefer the taste of American beef.

I need IMPS/NAMP 123 or 123A Choice rated. (3-5 rib cut, priced as both a primal cut and "flanken" style).

Trying to get some Oklahoma producers/cattlemen some sales going if possible.

Buyer will pay cash FOB and will likely need some additional tons of top sirloin or similar with either this order or in very near future.

3 Gamma, unfortunately they only want these specific cuts for use in a Korean restaurant, so whole beef carcasses wouldn't work for them.

I work with a feedyard that raises all their own stock. From conception to consumption. They sell 90% of their beef from a freezer at their feedyard. Most of the rib cuts go to ground beef. They get about 70% prime from their calves. If you are interested I can make the connection.

I believe they are looking for one shipment due to shipping costs. I will check to see if they could break it down into two smaller shipments spaced a few weeks apart or so.
