AP: Injury-plagued Missouri seeks first SEC win against UK

Kentucky (4-3, 3-2) will look to capitalize on Missouri's recent struggles. The Wildcats seek their third consecutive SEC victory after defeating Vanderbilt 20-13 on Oct. 8 and Mississippi State 40-38 last Saturday. It would be the first three-game conference win streak for the Wildcats since 1999.

Pretty much sums up what we have been talking about on this board. Missouri is a bad team with a bunch of injuries and basically have a second string defense since so many starters are injured. Their offense can cause UK problems since it's up tempo but I think UK wins in a shootout.

Uh oh. Odom is doing a Mark Stoops. he is taking over the defense. Key to this game will be 2 things. 1. Dumb penalties. 2. To's. We win those two, we win, simple as that.

Pretty much sums up what we have been talking about on this board. Missouri is a bad team with a bunch of injuries and basically have a second string defense since so many starters are injured. Their offense can cause UK problems since it's up tempo but I think UK wins in a shootout.

It seems like it can be a double-edged sword when a team has that many injuries. Some teams will lay down at the first sign of adversity. Some teams will circle the wagons and play above their heads.

I hope they're ready to give up and we come out with a chip on our shoulders.
