This is what has happen with me. I got all excited last night when I realized that next weekend was the season premier. I think making everyone wait so long has caused a bit of a cooling off by some. I fully expect once that first episode airs then the internet will be covered in GOT talk.

Could also be the unknown? Isn't this the first season without any previously released literature? All the readers can't post about what they hope to see and where it should be in the books and such

A decent portion of last season went beyond what has been written in the books. But, most all of this season should be new content for book readers.
